Here you can request prescriptions, call-backs and appointment requests by e-mail. The e-mails are retrieved several times during the day, most recently two hours before closing time. We will endeavour to process your request as quickly as possible; the times can be found under the individual headings. Please always state your full name and date of birth and leave a call-back number.
Prescriptions are processed within 48 hours. ePrescriptions can then be redeemed at any pharmacy using your insurance card. However, there are also exceptions, such as prescriptions for medical aids, vaccines and BTM.
Please state the relevant speciality (e.g. ophthalmology) and the reason for your request. Processing time and logistics correspond to the prescription request.
Please be sure to state your full name, date of birth and call-back number. The relevant doctor will get back to you promptly. If your treating doctor is not present, the specialist representative will call you back.
