We use the digital telephone assistant from Aaron GmbH. The data processing is based on an order processing contract in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Aaron GmbH is legally and contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality and to protect your data.

• Message (request/reason for the call)

The processing of the personal data collected by the telephone assistant serves solely to process the contact and to process the request (e.g. appointment request, appointment cancellation, follow-up prescription or similar) of the caller.

Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, but at the latest after 60 days as specified by the system.
